Candidates with documents entitling them to study issued outside Poland
Creating account in the recruitment system and application for studies
- Create your individual registration account in the IRK system;
- Activate your account by clicking the activation link sent to your email;
- Complete your personal data and upload your photo;
- Complete information about the documents that entitle you to apply for a chosen field of study;
- No later than 5 business days before the end of registration for the chosen program of studies, upload and submit scans of all required documents (1 document = 1 file = max. 5Mb) in the IRK system in order to verify your eligibility and convert your grades from your foreign diploma to the Polish grading scale (2-5);
- Wait for feedback (mail) confirming that scans have been accepted and the results have been converted;
- Once you have been informed of the converted results and accepted scans, apply for chosen program of studies;
- Pay the recruitment fee for each course of study. Check that the fee has been assigned to the correct field of study;
- Check the date and location of the exam (applies to selected courses only).
- Wait for results to be announced.

Once the list of candidates is announced check your position in the ranking.
- If you have a ‘qualified’ or ‘reserve’ status, please remember about your obligation to submit the complete set of required documents.
- If you have a ‘non-qualified’ status you are not entitled to submit documents.
Candidates with ‘qualified’ or ‘reserve’ status who have received their education outside Poland may:
- use scans of the required documents (doesn’t apply to candidates for bachelor studies holding International Baccalaureate nor European Baccalaureate) and deliver the original paper documents no later than 15 October 2026 to Cooperation and International Relations Office or the Recruitment Office.
OR
- deliver the original paper documents within 4 days after the announcement of the list of candidates to the offices listed above.
In case of using scans the status of documents will be changed to “SCANS” and in case of paper documents submission, status will be changed to “DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED”.

Check whether you have been admitted to your studies.
A “reserve” candidate takes the place of a “qualified” person (according to the ranking) in the event that this person has not provided complete documents by the required deadline, has resigned from the recruitment process or has been disqualified.
The submission of complete paper documents to the Cooperation and International Relations Office or Recruitment Office is a prerequisite for enrollment and the receipt of access to students system.
